Your relationship with your consumers will determine how well you can entice and keep them. If you can deliver quality service and have genuine concern for your consumers, they will not only be loyal to you but they will recommend you to other people. When there are troubles with your clients, you can act immediately and work with them to fix their problem which can help establish a stronger relationship with them.
